Akshar All-Star!

Congratulations to Tioga Central High School senior Madalyn Dydynski for being recognized by state Sen. Fred Akshar through Binghamton Republican's "Akshar's All-Stars" program. Each month, Akshar recognizes a few local students selected by their school districts in the 52nd Senate District who have shown great leadership, compassion, school spirit or improvement amongst their peers.  Akshar recognized Dydynski for balancing her time between a strong academic schedule, athletics, and community service.
