In compliance with the Paperwork Burden Reduction Act and subsequent IRS guidance, Tioga has elected to furnish Form 1095-C (which is a form related to employer-provided health insurance offer and coverage) to employees using the alternative furnishing method. Under this approach, paper copies of Form 1095-C will no longer be automatically distributed to all employees.
