Tioga had two teams competing at the Northern NY State VEX Robotics Championship this past Sunday. 68 teams from across upstate NY were competing to qualify for the VEX world championships. Tioga did well with one team finishing 3rd in the
qualifying rounds and getting eliminated in the semifinal match. The other team
ended the qualifying round 16th and was picked up by the 7th
seed alliance for the bracket play and was eliminated in the quarterfinal
match. Both teams showed that they deserved to be at the championship
tournament. We are looking forward to competing again next year!
