On Tuesday, October 20th, the Food Science
students went on a field trip to
Lupo’s and The Cider Mill.
Sam Lupo provided an excellent tour of his facility,
emphasizing food safety, production, packaging and career opportunities.
He was eager to share his knowledge and experience with the
At The Cider Mill students were able to observe the donut
and cider process.
Overall it was a fun educational experience.
